The bar at 100 Acre Wood is ever evolving. Just like our food program, we work with local products that we are excited about. We choose natural whenever possible, that means we talk to makers about their process, and work with those who aren’t adding chemicals, sugars or anything unnecessary to their products. We work with local businesses who create in small batches, and who hold themselves to the highest standards of sustainable practices.

When you work with 100 Acre Wood you are trusting us to work with brands that care as much as we do. It’s not only important for us to support local, but to support responsible employers, ensuring that farm workers are paid appropriately for their labours, and that what you enjoy is the product of a happy business, and happy employees.

It’s no secret that PEC is known for amazing wine, and we’ve spent years doing research for you to find the best of the best, it was a tough job but someone had to do it!

Over the past few years, many breweries and cider-makers have been popping up and they are incredible. From sourcing local grain, to working with regional ingredients, the refreshments in PEC are not to be outdone. We love that we don’t have to work with the Beer Store or LCBO to source the best of the best - it’s all within arms reach.

Aside from wine, beer and cider, we of course supply cocktails and a bar rail. All cocktails are made with local seasonal ingredients wherever possible. We work with the seasons to curate offerings that we are passionate about! In spring that means rhubarb cordials and strawberry shrubs, in summer we play with herbs, cucumbers, berries and stone fruit, and in the fall we lean into warming spices, fresh pressed ciders, and pears (oh my). Our bar rail is relatively standard, with attention to any special requests.

Of course we always have beautiful non-alcoholic offerings as well. We offer custom seasonal sodas, a selection of teas, coffee, and infused waters.

Inclusive of our bar program are bartenders, a fully stocked bar, and glassware. We don’t serve shots, and we don’t hesitate to cut off guests if they are displaying signs of intoxication. We are here to host you in a responsible way, and introduce you to beautiful libations. We take pride in ensuring a safe environment for both our guests and our staff, which will always be our priority. All bartenders are Smart Serve certified.
